Clas Bergström

Clas Bergström is a professor of laws and finance at the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE). He received his doctor’s exam from SSE in 1985. He has been member of the faculty since 1987

Bergström’s research areas include corporate finance and corporate law.

Education: Dr Econ, Stockholm School of Economics, 1985. PhD in Economics (1985) from the Stockholm School of Economics.
